The TSM heavy duty meat slicer features a 10 inch cutting blade and a powerful belt driven, 250 watt (0.4HP) motor. The slicing blade revolves at 300 RPM and comes with a built-in blade sharpener. The thickness adjustment of the cast aluminum food plate can be made to slice from 1/16 inch up to 9/16 inch thick. Includes a sliding cast aluminum food carriage and a cast aluminum pressing handle with gripping teeth, to hold food in place. Non-slip feet hold the slicer securely to the countertop while slicing.
